Hi everyone, I've been using the Evoto software little more and the new updates to the software from WPPI 2024. Unfortunately, I received a notification on my desktop app that I have a login account restriction this past Friday. Is there a way to fix this or no? I already contacted contactus@evoti.ai. with no response as of today. An attachment is included showing the problem. Jeff or anyone using the Evoto software, has this happened to you? Thank you

Update - I was able to access the account again. I got access again to my account yesterday and so far today, it is still running fine. As to what happened, I didn't hear back from the customer service, I just tried to log in again and had access again Monday evening. So far, so good. Regardless of what happened, it is still a good software.
Hmm 🤔 I haven’t seen that before. Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies? I would probably contact Evoto before deleting the app and reinstalling it though. They’re pretty good about responding in my experience
